WARSAW — A grass fire spread to a Warsaw home on Sunday night, April 17.
Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory was called out about 7:30 p.m. to the fire at 521 N. Lake St.
WWFT Battalion Chief Brooks Huffer said it took only two minutes for WWFT to control the fire that scorched the side of the home.
Huffer said officials were still investigating how the grass caught on fire.
No one was injured. Also responding to the scene were the Warsaw Police Department, Indiana State Police and Lutheran EMS.
