WARSAW — A bad motor on an HVAC unit was the cause of a smoke investigation at Warsaw’s Cancer Care Center.
Shortly before 4:15 p.m. Thursday, June 29, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory responded to a smoke investigation at 1500 Provident Drive.
Emergency personnel were on scene for about 30 minutes.
Winona Lake Fire Department, Lutheran EMS, and Warsaw Police Department also responded to the scene.
