WARSAW — Multiple fire departments responded to a report of a warehouse fire in Warsaw.
Shortly before 5:45 p.m. Saturday, April 23, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory responded to a warehouse fire at 1180 Polk Drive, Warsaw. The building is east of Silveus Crossing, in the area of Warsaw Tech Park.
Heavy smoke was reported and the building was evacuated.
Atwood, Plain Township, and Winona Lake Fire Departments were called to the fire for full assists with WWFT. Silver Lake Fire Department assisted at the scene with their Titus fan.
Lutheran EMS and Warsaw Police Department also assisted.
